I am in the very early stages of putting together a book telling the story of the 1-Ton Land-Rovers, similar to Mark Cooks book on the Military Half-Ton. As such I would appreciate any input anyone can make, be that information or photographs.

Good luck Dan, I think this is a great idea and as long as it is captivating reading and not just a load of boring vehicle data you could make your book a very good contribution to future Land Rover history.
ReplyDeleteThats part of the challenge, to provide more then just a list of chassis numbers and dates. Whilst the technical specs are obviously going to part of it, I think readers would like to know who used them and how. A big part of it would be photos anyway.
